# Project and release checklist

Direction: [Project brief](PROJECT-BRIEF.md). Checked items describe existing evidence, not production readiness. Add evidence when completing a gate; a preview alone does not prove a production capability.

## Direction and demo

- [x] Owner approved the current boat transformation as the benchmark for all scenes.
- [x] One website contains source-left/transformed-right comparison, controls and project explanations.
- [x] Basic SVG import and per-layer material assignment exist; SVG support remains in scope.
- [x] Whole-scene rendering, moving/paused frames and responsive fits were browser-checked in the current prototype. These checks are not an automated regression suite.
- [x] Project brief and agent instructions distinguish example inputs from the collection product.
- [x] Present boat, kite and cat in the Input selector's Demo inputs group beside source upload. Browser-checked selection, upload, return to uploaded input, reset, invalid-upload retention and responsive fit at 360/390/768/1280/1920px.
- [ ] Capture approved boat settings and a visual baseline for regression comparisons.
- [ ] Bring every demo's foreground AND background to the boat benchmark; obtain owner approval.
- [ ] Preserve explanations, integrated controls, responsive comparison and clear unsupported-input errors during changes; no fallback stills.

## Generator and input contract

- [ ] Receive and inspect the owner's generation repository before choosing/rebuilding the generator.
- [ ] Record license, runtime, formats, layers, trait rules, seed behavior, batch interface and retry behavior.
- [ ] Agree a per-token record: ID, source assets/layers, traits, seed, material recipe and renderer version.
- [ ] Decide source formats from actual generator outputs; preserve existing SVG support.
- [ ] Implement and validate pixel/raster adaptation if needed; do not assume flattened images provide semantic layers/materials.
- [ ] Transform a generated input without hand-written subject-specific rendering or loss of trait identity.

## Complete collection

- [ ] Generate the agreed size (target example: 1,000), with stable IDs and valid trait combinations.
- [ ] Transform all scene layers for every item, including backgrounds and small details.
- [ ] Export individual full-resolution media and matching metadata, source/recipe provenance and a collection manifest.
- [ ] Decide and implement static/animated packaging and versioning; verify final media matches the approved transformation.
- [ ] Check counts, unique IDs, duplicate artwork, missing/blank/clipped frames, trait/media consistency and rarity rules.
- [ ] Test seed reproducibility in the supported environment and document cross-device limits.
- [ ] Test batch memory/time limits and resumable retries without skipping tokens or changing completed outputs.
- [ ] Review full-collection contact sheets and full-size samples with the owner. Existing 6/12/24-frame sheets do not satisfy this gate.
- [ ] Agree storage/permanence strategy; publish approved assets/metadata and verify every reference resolves.

## Bankr skill integration

- [ ] Wire brief -> generator -> adapter -> transformer -> collection QA/export -> publication into the skill.
- [ ] Dry-run the full workflow without spending, with progress, output inventory and actionable errors.
- [ ] Verify current Bankr/Net capabilities and chain before preparing transactions.
- [ ] Separate generation retries from transaction retries; never blindly redeploy after partial failure.
- [ ] Prepare a supported raster ERC20 logo without restricting NFT artwork to raster.
- [ ] Obtain owner approval of final art, settings, publication costs and transaction plan.

## Authorized launch and verification
